Hey guys! One of my packages is being 'late' compared to all my other ones

Past 6 months ive always gotten epacket parcels within 10 days of first tracking update but my latest one just doesnt go furtherer than last update on 25th last month 'posting'

Strange is that other packages with epacket shipping method that got shipped out later already arrived and this didnt. Any ideas why its being late on me?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china customs on Aug 28. normally it will travel about 2 weeks to reach Netherlands. It is still in normal time frame.
