I've sent a package which is stuck in Guangzhou since 09/13. The German supplier says it is stuck at the customs but I don't know why. I really need to know what is going on because the package belongs to a paypal conflict and needs to be sent back. Or at least I need a delivery attempt, an ignored request of collection or anything. Any ideas?

CY528462151DE has customs clearance problem. Please ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 to arrange pickup. Receiver must make customs clearance in person.

If this is a paypal return, you can escalate the dispute for refund now. Just tell paypal the item has arrived destination but receiver does not want to make customs clearance . you can get refund.
