I requested a replacement diamond painting kit from a seller on AliExpress in March 2019. The seller sent it out and gave me this tracking number: US327295973CN

Whenever I check it online, it shows the last update as April 5, 2019

Arrive at the United States secondary processing center

I contacted the seller and they acted surprised it hasn't arrived yet, then said for me to contact the courier, which is China Post, so I figured I would try my chances here.

Any help is appreciated.

I have never had an issue receiving anything from AliExpress before (usually receive in around 20 days and this has been since March 23, 2019).

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
