Post package in transit 2 months?

I sent a package to a seller in china for a refund or replacent. Its been almost 2 months now and hes tellin me the package never made it to china...LC275554295US...how would i know if its lost USPS couldnt tell me anything because it has shipped out of the United States..what can i do and how do i know if im being scammed? Please help

Unfortunately LC...US packages are USPS "First Class Mail"; they usually aren't trackable outside the US. =/ When shipping to China, to track an item one has to use either Registered mail (tracking number starting with R) or one of the EMS services (tracking number starting with E), which I think USPS calls "Priority Mail Express".

No. Unless the recipient confirms they have got it, here's no way to know when, or even if, it was delivered.
