Hi.
I sent my package from Israel using EMS Express.
Since march 31st, it is held by the customs in Shanzen.
Is it normal?
the recipient never got any notifications about it.
How can i contact the customs to check the status?
Tracking number EE167469986IL

EE167469986IL seems to have some pending duty need to be paid. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11183 and find the customs warehouse first. Then go to that warehouse to pay some duty and pickup the parcel.

unfortunately china post and china customs does not reply any email. Call 11183 is the only way to contact them.
