Hello,
Tracking number, "RM666705320CN" has exported customs on January 18th, it has been over 10 days and no tracking updates! Where is my package?

it should be waiting space to beijing or shanghai.

I have 2 packages sending to Portugal on the 18th of December which have not even been receive in Portugal!
Can I get some information please?
