Hello,

I sent a package form Germany to China.
According to parcel tracking the package was delivered at 2026/03.17. but it isn't. The was no package delivered yet.
What can I do? Where is my package?
Tracking number from DHL:
CY291829047DE

CY291829047DE was delivered to the Cainiao Station in building management in Chengdu on Mar 17. Please contact the Cainiao to pickup the parcel from management office.

Also you need to tell the recipient what is the mobile phone number you write in the parcel. This is very important. Mobile phone number is the key word to look up your parcel in the station.
