You can call 028-81392688 (the delivery post office) and ask them what is the China Post tracking number if they changed the parcel. Hope they still have record after so many days. Good luck.

I call there, but don't speak Chinese...
Than the recipient call there too. They said they need the Chinese tracking number...
But where I get this number? I thought I should call this phone number to get the Chinese tracking number...
WTH is going on there?
Where I can get this fu....g tracking number?
An why is it my job to do this at all?

一般海外邮件是不需要更换中国邮政的快递号的. 如果有换过,那只能是当地投递局自己当地的一些做法,不是中国邮政的统一要求. 你只能打电话给成都投递局028-81392688,看看他们把跟踪号换成什么东西了. 另外你可以问问收件人所在小区的物业经理,看看是不是物业经理帮你们签收了邮件.

028-81392688、19827577597朋友，这两个号码我们都已经联系过几次了，但是他们需要中国境内的运单号码。我们也去了菜鸟中心，但是没有任何包裹信息。

They've asked multiple times, made phone calls, driven back and forth. No package to be found. I'm giving up now, I'm fed up with chasing after it. It's not my job.
