Post Package "Despatched To Overseas" ?

Hello my package was shipped from Signapore post on 2-05-15 it says "Despatched overseas (Country Code :Us)
And on the Usps website it's stuck at Origin Post is Preparing Shipment it's been like that since the 2-05-2015 my tracking number is "RB002196565SG" can you tell me where it is please ? could you tell me if it's in the Us yet?

It's been that way going on 3 weeks the next week will be a month after I've ordered the seller told me it would take 15-20 days so I ordered before the Chinese holiday

RB002196565SG is singapore Post parcel, you can track it in singapore post website.
