Hi my package LL330484291C has been sitting in Shanghai for over a month. It's being shipped go Ireland from Nanjing. Is there any reason for this and what can I do?

LL330484291CN was shipped on May 30 from Shanghai to Ireland. Normally such parcel will travel 10 to 20 days to reach Ireland. Once Ireland Post gets the parcel from customs , they will scan and update new status of the parcel. please wait some more time.
