Post Package Delay?

Hello, I have a tracking number, UG995243225CN, that has t updated in a month. When should I expect this? I was hoping it would arrive by the holidays, but clearly that didn’t happen. Have I been scammed? I really hope this package still gets delivered! Thank you for any help you can Provide.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived USA on Dec 6. Not sure why it has not been delivered(normally it should be delivered in 10 days after arriving USA).

You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Yeah, the seller won’t respond. It’s a problem.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to their customer service.
