Hi, where did you buy your items from? It will always be possible for a refund as long as your buyer protection is still active, mine is active for 90 days since day of purchase. However, I think that the seller will ask you to be patient and standby for some more time before filing for a refund as there is a chance that the packages will move soon, it is up to you if you would like to file a dispute now already

Hello, I'm doing ecommerce so items where bought through an agent for my clients. But they told me that China Post won't give them a compensation so I have to pay for items again as this is not their fault, is that true? It seems pretty unfair to me...

Spain Post shows RE098752996CN just arrived Madrid on 2020-07-10 15:26.
Status: Arrival at the exchange office, The shipment has arrived at the international logistics centre of the destination for delivery.

Thank you, can you explain to me why this package is the only one who arrive faster (20 days) of all my packages (+50 days), if they were sent from the same seller?

Your parcel arrives in 20 days just because it is lucky.
http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows fastest parcel arrives just in 10 days, longest arrival time takes 87 days. It is like lottery, just depends on luck, no specific reason.
