Greetings! Is it possible to check situation with my order?
Tracking number: 86186479694

2017-11-15 20:37 Guangdong Guangzhou Collection Center, has left, the next station processing center
2017-11-15 17:01 Guangdong Guangzhou Receiving Center, has received the mail
2017-11-14 10:59 Logistics Order created (Wish Mail platform)

Last info was 10 days ago - and it was not even close to customs and airport >.<

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
