It now says my order has been cancelled. Can anyone please tell me how I would go about getting a refund?.

If paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute for refund.

I paid with my credit card, so I assume it's my bank I would have to contact?.

yes. you can try to contact your bank and ask for charge back. but normally it is not easy. next time you'd better use paypal /aliexpress/amazon to make payment.
