Ordered Jan. 16th with not updates. Is it possible to cancel this order? And how?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LT242175414CN is invalid. your seller never shipped anything. You are scammed.

if you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud.
