RF091096791CN is fake number. your seller applied this number from china post but never shipped anything to you. Open dispute asap.

RF098497896CN is real. your seller delayed shipment for 10 days. the real shipment date is Oct 24. you should get the parcel by end of Nov.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel is in USPS office in BROOKLYN, NY 11226 , you should contact them and pickup the parcel asap.
