I need support with my Parcel which has not arrived for almost a month now. LL276872555CN. Trying to contact the China Post office but to no avail. I need to know what steps to take to retrieve my package urgently. Very important to me! Thanks.

LL276872555CN arrived Hungary on May 27. Shipper might have made some mistake on the address and it can not be delivered.

Hungary Post website shows now LL276872555CN is in Nemzetközi Posta Kicserélő Központ, Handover for international transport. I believe it is being returned to China.

Please contact Hungary Post and see if you can stop the return and pickup the parcel from your local post office.

Hi, Thank you for the reply.
I have already aligned with Hungary Post and they confirmed that Package has been sent back to seller. Package is with the Shipping company now. (Out of the Country).

Kindly confirm if there is anything the China Post can do in this regard. Seeing that this Package will eventually come through their desk.

if Hungary Post has sent back the parcel, China Post will return it to shipper. You can not get it anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
