I still have not received my package and the shipping info has not been updated since April 24th. I’m considering contacting PayPal and reporting fraud.

LY137168452CN was sent to Tianjin airport on April 24. It is still in Tianjin waiting for flight to uSA.

I suggest you can wait one or two more weeks before open dispute to paypal. Once parcel arrives USA, http://www.usps.com will show arrival info.
