I made a purchase on 09/16/2014 Now we have 07/11/2014 , and I have not yet receipt, Who is responsible to ask where stuck THE SPECIFIC PARCEL;(RC254016619CN) is lost;Help...

RC254016619CN was shipped from Urumuqi where many parcels were lost and rejected. I believe you have little change to get the goods. open dispute and claim refund asap.
