hi I have a problem with an order of aliexpress sent on Sept. 25, 2015 with the code track RK307219350CN and do not understand where my shipment

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel is still in Shanghai (last updated Oct 12). You probably need wait another 2 to 4 weeks.

How long do I have to wait for this order to New Zealand? Is it still stuck in Guangzhou?

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows your seller just shipped the order on Oct 12. Normally it should arrive N.Z. within 2 weeks.
