I bought 3 packages of which one has already arrived, but those 2 ( LZ448174298CN and LZ456094821CN) have been without news for 1 month, is there any way to know if they are lost?

epacket normally arrive time frame is from 2 to 8 weeks. So if your parcel can not arrive after 60 day, it has more than 90% chance to be lost, then you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

your parcels were shipped in mid of Nov, which are still in normal time frame, you still have good chance to get them. please be patient.
