I checked the status of my order today and it said it was "not delivered" and to contact epacket to schedule another delivery. I'm unsure of how it wasn't delivered and what I would tell them to do differently? Please advise

RN212737093MY has nothing to do with china post, it is Malaysia Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Malaysia Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Malaysia first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Malaysia to other countries.

Once it arrives Malaysia, you can track it in Malaysia Post website.

USPS.com shows LT697903489CN status as "We attempted to deliver your package at 1:24 pm on June 5, 2019 in CHICAGO, IL 60640 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day".

If you can not get it today, You might need go to USPS office in Chicago,IL 60640 to pickup your parcel.
