I have waited 4 months for my package to arrive. I ordered and had the item shipped in September. The last update was on November 16th. This is absolutely ridiculous. Does anybody know where my package is!?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS404521793CN shows the parcel was handed over to airlines on Nov.16, it is still waiting for the flight to USA, but it took a long time for getting the airlines space because of the shortage flights.suggest you wait more patiently.
But if your buyer protection is expiring, you can open the dispute for the refund.
