Hello, there are no tracking updates since March 11th on my parcel

Tracking Number: LX769154535CN

Why is it still in China?
Could you please help me to understand when my parcel will be delivered? or do I need to open a fraud dispute?

LX769154535CN was shipped on Mar 11. It is on the way to Italy, no need worry anything. Now Italy customs clearance is very very slow. You can not see new status until Italy customs releases the parcel to Italy Post. This might take 2 to 6 weeks.
