CY291532293DE is still in China customs because recipient has not made customs clearance. Are you sure recipient want to accept your parcel? If this is a return for refund, some bad sellers often refuse to make customs clearance in order to avoid refund money to buyer.

the parcel arrived in Guangzhou on Jan 28. If you have printed the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel, recipient should have received a text message from China Post which has a code to make online customs clearance.

As time has passed almost two months and your recipient has not made customs clearance, the parcel might in the procedure returning back to Germany. You can ask recipient to call 11185 and see if he/she can still make customs clearance and pickup the item from China Post Guangzhou office. If yes, they will provide a pickup location and make customs clearance in person.

short question , even though if the clearance has been completed. Is it going to be delivered to recipient address or are they required to pick it up?

Is there any way where you could assist me with the online clearance? Is there a link available? Unfortunately I did not add the phone number of the recipient. So this might be the reason that the clearance notification never received.

I had a look at the Customs Declaration CN23 form and my E-Mail address is noted there. Not sure if it is possible to let them know to contact me. So I can sort it out as soon as possible.
