Now recipient can only do one thing-- try to call 11185 and see if local China Post branch can still allow them to do customs clearance on site in person.

Many thanks for your assistance. When I called the 11185 China Post office they said , I said should call the 11183. The person said I need to pay the tax for custom clearance via we chat. Now I need to wait for further progress.
