Can someone help me and tell me are these lost? Are they still in Shanghai? Tracking hasn’t updated in 20 days.

EV783893095CN EV783357980CN are delayed in Shanghai. Sometimes EMS parcel might take 4 weeks to reach USA. I suggest you wait one more week.

If you can not get the parcels by early July, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
