It makes more than one week that there is no update for my order.

The tracking number is : LM965188786CN

Can I have some help to know where it is?

normally epacket parcel should arrive France in 2 weeks. If you can not get the goods by end of this month, you should be cautious. the parcel might be lost in the shipment. you need open dispute to seller.
