Hello,
My package with tracking number LS708457317CN has been stuck in the "Left Shenzhen to San Francisco" scan for 16 days now. It was shipped and got its first scan on March 24th and left china to san francisco on March 25th according to the China EMS website. But I don't think it's normal for no scan for 16 days. USPS website shows same information as China EMS website. What are your thoughts on what has happened to this package? Is it lost? It is a 15 day max delivery time. And 15 days being the very max. But its 16 days. Seller hasn't responded to my emails but I definitely know they shipped the package so I don't think there is some scam on the sellers side. Did customs in the USA reject the package? Is there any way for me to contact and make an inquiry about this package to China Post EMS? Thanks!

I have track your parcel through a few sites, same info has you.
1. Possibly your parcel did not leave exactly on the 25/03/16. Was trying to get a flight out from SHENZHEN to San Fransisco.
2. To much parcel coming to USPS San Francisco International Service Center (ISC), so it can take a bit longer to have on USPS site.
3. Maybe it did arrive and went directly to US Customs and parcel is not out of US Customs.
4. You should wait at least 3 to 5 days to see if you get anymore movement, if not just contact USPS to find out if there is a holdup for incoming parcel from China.

I don't think USPS can offer any help with this package since its international and their email form only allows for domestic parcel and so does their phone line when I tried. But I had another EMS packages that was ordered a few days after this one and I got it 2 days ago so that's why I am also worried that this package is lost. I have even gotten untrackable standard airmail packages from china in 15 days. And now it's been 16 days without a tracking event. Anyone else had this problem.

Ok. So I contacted USPS and they said that their tracking says that it hasn't been scanned into San Francisco yet. So would I know if it was rejected by customs? Is it on a boat...but its EMS? Did it get lost in china or in america because China EMS website says that it left Shenzhen to San Francisco.

Since I'm in Canada,
1. What was the time frame that the seller told you for receiving your parcel?
2. Whether the time frame is pass or not, you should contact the seller and tell him what is happening. He might be able to contact China EMS and find out whats happening to your parcel.
3. Since San Francisco is an arrival inbound mail to USA, it might be overloaded with parcel and it's taking more time to process parcels.
4. Just for you, I'm waiting for 2 registered parcels from China. Both have shipped and the possible delivery time will be 4 to 6 weeks. That because it's arriving in Vancouver inbound and Canadian Customs are very busy at that place. Nothing I can do but just wait for it.

It's a China EUB package which has a 10-15 day delivery time frame compared to China EMS that has a 7-10 day time frame. But they can both be tracked on the China EMS website. And it's obviously over the 15 day limit for my China EUB package. USPS says they contacted ISC San Francisco and they said that San Francisco told them that they didn't the package.

That website shows the same tracking information and I also posted my issue on that forum. They say to wait for 15 day limit but for me it's been 20 days.

1. Possibly the 15 days are working days.
2. My impression is USPS ISC San Francisco and US Customs have to many parcel to verify or they are doing an X-ray on all parcel coming in USA.
3. Last but not least, your parcel is lost.
