The latest status is a very good indication that your shipment has left China for Malaysia. However, I would strongly recommend for you to keep tracking your shipment until it has finally arrived Malaysia. In regard to the ETA, couple of months back, I can safely say that from the date the shipment has left China i.e. when the status indicate "Export customs cleared China Post" the shipment should have arrived at KLIA. On the same day, the shipment will be dispatched out to PUSAT MEL NASIONAL. The very next day, the shipment will be dispatched out to the local post office or CW i.e. CW GOMBAK (like mine).

However, most recently, there has been significant delay at all exit points in China. For instance, I have a shipment, RL200111483CN, which gets the "Export customs cleared China Post" status on June 17 2016. However, I haven't receive the shipment yet. Therefore, I have always recommend for China Post users to add approximately 2 - 4 weeks to the original ETA provided by the forum.
