My parcel cleared customs 7 days ago now and there is no update!!! When I called they said it was waiting for transportation from Beijing to Hangzhou. Can you please look into what is happening. Tracking RU768416155GB

you can call 11185 and ask when you can get this parcel. If 11185 ask you wait, you can do nothing but waiting.
