Please friends help me out. I ordered phone battery from Aliexpress on 26/12/2018. The seller shipped it on 27/12/2018 through Bpost. The last update I got was on 09/01/2019 that it has departed to the destination country. Uptill today I have not receive my parcel. I tried tracking it on my country's postal website (Nigeria) but no record was found. I went to my local post office, they said that it has not arrived. Please what will I do in this case. My tracking no; DDU1371692018295056

DDU1371692018295056 is Belgium Post parcel, it has nothing to do with China Post. Belgium Post(Bpost) website shows it was shipped from Belgium to destination on Jan 9. Normally it will travel about 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country. You need wait some more time.
