I ordered this back on March 6th. and I received an email with a tracking number on March 12th. I have been trying to track it since then.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LW139559941CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
