Hello

The recipient was in China post in Shenzhen and asked for this package CP706163757CH.
But they cannot found it. What ist the problem with this package?

And there is another package, it also cannot found

CP706397743CH NULL 10010200 20140801 1603
CP706397743CH NULL 51805300 20140806 1230

Could you help me?

the package CP706163757CH cannot found in post-office of Shenzhen, the recipient asked already there

the parcel should be in shenzhen. i believe the recipient did not tell you the truth.

Why they not give the parcel to her?

CP706163757CH is in Shenzhen. Maybe your sister went to wrong branch. Try to contact the head office of China Post in Shenzhen(import department).

We sent 4 package from Switzerland to China. All package left the airport in Zurich on 19th August, but they never arrived in China.

those parcels have not arrived China. You should contact Swiss Post and file investigation.
