Hello.

I have send a package from Albania which has entered in China. Since 24 December there is no update...
Please help..

Import Security Scan Guangzhou CN 20131224 1641

Please somebody help.

CP286795155AL seems have problem to pass customs clearance. It is in China Post Guangzhou customs control warehouse.

Thanks for reply. What should I do? This is a returning (refund) to destination package. I have send an email to [email protected] but until now I have no reply.

the parcel should have some delivery problem. you'd better ask recipient to call 11185 and pickup the parcel.

the parcel should have some delivery problem. ask your recipient call china post 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap otherwise it might be returned to Switzerland.

Hello

The recipient was in China post in Shenzhen and asked for this package CP706163757CH.
But they cannot found it. What ist the problem with this package?

And there is another package, it also cannot found
