For my order on 2014-10-09 there hasn't been any status update since it was collected. Could you please tell me why?

http://track-chinapost.com/ shows your parcel was shipped from Urumuqi where many parcel were rejected by government officer for no reason. You can wait one more week and see if you can get new status. If no change of status, then you should open dispute and claim refund.
