hello, i made an order on 1/6/19 and got my tracking number ( LT213569184CN ) on 1/9/19. why is there no shipping record? where is my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT213569184CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

but there were reviews from customer proving that the product was legitimate? the tracking link they sent me led to here, so I was just confused as to why there wasn't any record, and the seller hasn't gotten back to me after I emailed them twice since I've gotten the tracking number.
