My package (RI788857228CN) has not moved for over two weeks now. Is there any way that I can find out where it is?

RI788857228CN should be outside china now. you can not see new status after the parcel left china. it should reach USA by end of Feb.

the parcel will be delivered by USPS. however, you can not track the parcel in USPS website.
