I have tracking no. 06191048745 only, I don't know where it is since 1-7-2017 as

so please advise what should i do.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to12 weeks to reach your country.
