Hi,

I'm wating for an aliexpress parcel from more than one month. When I check the parcel's track in china post website I get the following items:

RI187292418CN 2014 Received by China Post Dongguan Spain 20141101 1659
RI187292418CN 2014 Export Security Scan Guangzhou Spain 20141102 0738
RI187292418CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Guangzhou Spain 20141102 1233

There isn't movement since 02/11/2014, more than one month!!!
Looks like that package didn't leave China...

It is possible that there is any problem with customs?
How I can reclaim to china post?
Its this normal?

if no battery inside, it should be ok. now is rush season, too many parcels are stuck in customs. the parcel will be processed sooner or later.

There are electronic devices and two antennas in the parcel.
How I can notice If there is any problem with parcel?

if your device has battery inside, it will be rejected by safety officer.
