Seller was suppose to send via epacket but didnt.

Here is my tracking number RS139864331CN just trying to figure out the meanings for china post for future reference. What is the current state? Did it leave and is on the way to the USA? Or is it stuck? Any help is appreciated.

4. Please be aware that USPS does not track China Post registered airmail anymore. This is because it's to much work and they don't get any money in return. It's also the same thing in other country in the World, they are not tracking anymore Registered parcel from China.

So USPS doesn't track china post anymore? But it is on the way to the USA correct? Sucks usps doesnt track anymore but I understand why they dont now.
