Alright people, tracking number is : CC269934714TW

This tracking is from BUYER TO WHOM I SOLD something, but he wanted to return. He is from Taiwan

Now last update is :

29.5.2017. // 12:29:38 // Croatia, ZAGREB 10003 PI // Record item customs information (Inb) //
Retention reason : Invoice missing

What should I do?

you need contact shipper to give you invoice. If he can not get the goods from your customs, you can refuse to refund money to him.
