Hi I have 2 packages that were sent out at the same time. One package has cleared customs the other no update since “Handed over to airline” can you pleas help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB729460183CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Oct 1st. it is still waiting for flight space to USA. Waiting time can take 2 to 4 weeks.
