Hello can you please help me with my tracking
LM531789919CN
My parcel was sent back to sender due to an incomplete address from the UK and i would like to know where it is and if it has reached china, also how do i get my parcel returned back to the UK.
I have emailed the sender but have not had any luck with response. Will they be informed that the parcel has been sent back or any confirmation of it ?
How can i get the my complete address put back on my parcel and sent back. Can somebody please help. Detailed response would be appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM531789919CN shows the parcel arrived UK on Feb 4. Normally it should be delivered by Royal Mail within 10 days. The parcel should have some problem.

I suggest you call Royal Mail and see if they can find the parcel location. If they can not find it, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Hi thanks. I have checked royal mail they have sent it back to the sender due to incomplete address as it shows on their tracking system. It has already been dispatched to china. How do i get my parcel back with correct address on the parcel and will the sender be notified that the parcel has been returned ??

If Royal Mail sent the parcel back to China, you can not get this parcel anymore.

If you believe that seller made mistake on printing incomplete address, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for compensation. If it is your mistake to give seller wrong address, you can not get your money back.

I understand but what i want to know is will the parcel be sent back to the sender ? If so . Are they able to rectify the problem and send back to me from china back to the UK.

If seller printed return address in the parcel, the parcel will be returned to sender. Unfortunately many china seller does not print return address or return address is not covered by China Post delivery network, more than 50% return parcel will be discarded by China Post.

If parcel has returned to sender, you can see return status in china post tracking result.
