Last update was 2017/10/12 18:19 "Departure export customs" from SUZHOU EMS

wondering if package is really still on route as listed or if anything happened?

LX522804533CN is ePacket which should arrive Australia in 2 to 3 weeks. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

So if it doesn't arrive by 3 weeks, I should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund, or should I open dispute now?

How do I open dispute? Do I just contact them about the problem?

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, contact customer service to open dispute.

I purchased from GifNest; there isn't a customer service, but there is a Contact Us page, where it has the following.
Name, Email, Message
Would this work instead?

those small website is very risky. you should avoid buying from such websites. If you paid with paypal, you should contact paypal to open dispute, otherwise your money is lost.
