http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows 31822141231 was shipped 2 days ago. this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china pot ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach your country.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LW707287245CN is invalid number. If you just got the number, wait one week and track again.
