Hello,

Tracking number LK997394988AU

I need a photo of the parcel with shipping label as proof that I have posted and tried to deliver please.

Tried returning parcel back to scammer, but it hasn't been delivered to address they provided.

Sorry, I should have stated, I need the photo to give to PayPal to try and help with an open dispute.

We are sorry we could not get the photo also. From August 4 to August 25, the postman try to deliver it every day, but has been unable to contact the receiver. Can you ask the receiver to contact the postman directly, the postman name is 唐君耀, his mobile number is 13332628259, and the office telephone is 0769-88851244

The receiver wont. They have scammed me with the product and now scammed me with the return address so they can get out of refunding me.

Is there a way I can contact the postman to ask for the photo? If he speaks English?

I believe you can contact Paypal. This is an intentional cheating on returning address. I believe paypal will refund you money if you escalate the dispute.

I have escalated the claim and PayPal are asking for either a photo of the parcel with shipping label or a consignment note from the post.

But don't you have the receipt when you sent the package?

I do. I also went to Australia Post and got them to print out information, but PayPal said that's not good enough and need either a photo of the package with the shipping label or a consignment note with the seller's address on it, from the shipping company.

When I send a package, does the post office issue me a copy of the waybill, they don't issue it to you?
