Post Nearly 40 Days No Update?

December 2nd last update was "Nanjing departure"
It's been over a month and package hasn't had any updates. Is it stuck / lost somewhere? Has it actually left china or is it still waiting in china? If it's departed Nanjing is it on the way to the UK? (So far no UK delivery/post companies recognise the tracking).

Hello everyone, I bought my package december 12/12/2016 and it's stuck in 350088 location. What could I do ? Could someone help me ? thank you

2. Your parcel is On Route/In transit for your country France. Your parcel might be delay because of this:

Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags
