Post my parcels? WHERE?

Hi.
I track my parcels RS809579411CN and RS809638106CN still hasnt move from 3rd and 1st December. Ive called Malaysian pos and they said I need to lodge report to China post wherabouts of my parcels because it still didnt arrive Malaysia. The item is shipped on 23rd November and 24th November. Can you please check where is my parcel actually.? If they already arrive Malaysia or not?. Tq in advance.

1. China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for Malaysia is between 12 to 30 days. You can see it here:

2. Just continue to track your parcel on the Malaysia Post site for any new movement.
