my parcell CP225201750PL stuck somwhere in china. Send item to reclamation. I sends something to reklamation. From December not moving forward. What happend?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived China customs on Dec 10, but never left there. It should have some customs clearance problem or lost in customs.

You need ask receiver call China post hotline 11185 and try to find the parcel.

it is possible that the package is waiting to be paid for the duty?
